> CIArb International Arbitration Conference

Three international conferences are taking place this year and will examine «The Synergy and Divergence between Civil Law and Common Law in International Arbitration». The first flagship international conference was held in Dubai in March which looked at the Middle Eastern and Asian point of view. The next event in the series is scheduled for Johannesburg in July 2017 which will cover issues relating to the African continent. The European and American angle will be considered in the final and concluding conference to take place in Paris on 7-8 December 2017. This two-day conference will showcase lectures and panel discussions, and feature important speakers in the arbitration world.
