Arbitration is a private justice settled according to the will of the parties. It is recognized by states and international institutions. Out-of-court process responds to the need of confidentality and enables procedure to adapt to litigation.

Article 13 of AFA’s arbitration Rules

Since 1978, AFA’s rules have provided for the use of urgent measures – whether before the tribunal constitution or during the procedure. Therefore, there is no need to refer to any other specific rules.
