The Association Française d’Arbitrage (AFA) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has just elected Marc Henry as its new Chairman. Marc Henry holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and is the author of an award-winning thesis published on the arbitrator’s duty of independence. He is a lawyer in Paris and was admitted to the Bar in 1988. He specializes in business litigation and arbitration, and continues to be involved in research and teaching.
