> After work « cross-examination »

A.F.A. proposes on June 1st, 2016 from 6 pm till 9 pm at the Maison du Barreau à Paris a training on the theme: «Cross-examination of witnesses: When the commow law comes to the civil-law». Marie Danis (August and Debouzy) and Caroline Duclercq (Altana), will lead this training with Domitille Baizeau (Lalive), and Peter Rosher (Pinsent Masons), Solicitors of England and Wales. They will share their experience of cross-examination as counsel and as arbitrator in particular in common law arbitrations. More information here.
